A Three Hour weight lifting workshop & class

Followed by a 4 week training plan to get you competent and confident in lifting weights

You will learn to use:
Bar-bell
Kettle-bells
Dumbbells
Weighted Bag

As well as ensuring your lifting technique is safe and efficient
We also focus on body weight, posture and best practice for each individual.
