This session is a fantastic total Body conditioning workout getting you strong & fit in a very short time.

Working with kettlebells burns up to 600 calories in just 30 minutes  and as the class is non-stop you just keep on going, so we finishing off with an optional 20 minutes of aerbics.

If you are after a lean, toned look and want to improve your endurance,  this is the class for you.

Tone it, hone it and strengthen it in one class and improve your all over fitness fast!
