BST - Burn, Sculpt & Tone
This 40 Minutes session is designed to Burn fat, while sculpting and toning upper & lower body using body weight exercises and resistance tubing.
It is a high intensity, fast paced session without ANY impact (no jumping!)making it suitable for all abilities.
Over a few short weeks participants will build upper body & lower body strength, watch their muscles take shape and feel firmer and more toned all over in as little as 4 weeks
